Designation: Field Sales - Refractionist
Job Location: Bangalore
Number of Positions: 20
Job Type: Permanent
Working Days: 6 Days Per Week
Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 04 Years
Salary Range: Per Annum + Unlimited Incentives + Medical Facility + Fixed Daily Petrol Allowance on every customer visit.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
01) Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
02) Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products.
03) Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors.
04) Build rapport and trusting relationships with the customers,
05) Understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solution
Desired Candidate Profile:
01) Educational Qualification: Any Graduate. MBA in Marketing/Sales would be a plus.
02) Work Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 04 Years
03) Prior experience in spectacles / lens industry would be highly preferred.
04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.
05) Communication and Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
06) Good knowledge about the geography of Bangalore for travel
07) Must have a bike and valid DL for travel.
08) Must be personable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
09) Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation.
10) Customer-centric approach, with a willingness to go the extra mile to enhance user experience.
