Field Sales Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and acquire new credit card customers from Corporate Salary Program (CSP) accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank branches, corporate HRs and salary account holders.
• Self-source business through field connect, networking and leads generation.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets as allocated.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in company systems.
• Travel frequently within the base and surrounding locations as per the allocated targets.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer servicing.
• Focus only on Credit Card sourcing and acquisition.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Graduate with 2 to 4 years of Sales experience.
• Corporate sales experience will be an advantage.
• Fresher MBA from Grade 2 / 3 Institute can also be considered, basis skills.
• Must be Fluent in English.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Willing to travel frequently within the base and surrounding locations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
