Job Overview

AO Smith, a leading brand in water purification solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the position of Sales Officer Trainee in Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for RO and water purifier products through dealers and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and ensure product availability in assigned markets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market visit reports.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Only 2025 and 2026 pass-out candidates are eligible.
• Freshers can apply.
• No active academic backlogs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be interested in field sales and business development.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi/NCR.
