Job Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, and increase sales of our board products in the assigned territory.

Note: Own Conveyance Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, retailers, plywood shops, furniture manufacturers, design & build firm, and carpenters to promote company products.
• Generate new leads and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or 12th pass; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, or building materials.
