Field Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand product offerings.
• Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or related field marketing role.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
