Field Sales Officer

Muthoot Finance is hiring Field Sales Officers LAP for Vijayawada, Nandigama, Guntur, Eluru, Locations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in Sales and Financial Services. Prior LAP or financial-services sales experience is NOT required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate LAP business through field visits, local market sourcing and customer acquisition.
• Identify and approach potential customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Conduct customer visits and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain LAP product features, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, connectors and local market contacts.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, approval and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets while following company policies and compliance requirements.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• LAP experience is NOT required.
• Candidates who have completed Intermediate, Graduation or Post Graduation can apply.
• Age: Up to 26 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales role and interact with customers.
• Interest in sales, business development and customer acquisition.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Male candidates only.
