Field Sales Officer

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join as Sales Officers with a prominent Bank. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting relevant banking products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field sales and customer interactions.
• Assist customers with account opening and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote relevant banking and financial products.
• Identify and approach potential customers for banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Generate leads through various channels, including Branch Leads, customer referrals and market visits.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and provide necessary assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and follow the bank's processes and guidelines.
