Field Sales CRM / Senior CRM

Position: CRM / Senior CRM (Field Sales)

Location: Ludhiana

Work Mode: Work From Home + Field Visits

Job Role

• Call customers/leads from the data provided by the company.
• Visit prospect leads as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Age: 30 years or below.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Android smartphone mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 17,000 20,000 CTC per month.
• Immediate hiring.
• Freshers can apply.
• Work from home opportunity with field sales exposure.

Shift Timings

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility required as per customer requirements.

Working Days

• 6 days working.
• 1 roster off every week.

Preferred Candidate

• Local resident of Ludhiana preferred.
