JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Relationship Officer

Job Location: Chennai, Tambaram & Chengalpattu

Open Vacancy: Banking Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrate, present, introduce, and sell banking and financial products.

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and customer contacts.

Follow up on leads provided by the organization.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Convince customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

Complete customer loan proposals and submit them to the Bank.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing.

Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer details, and loan applications.

Ensure proper follow-up during pre-sales and post-sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined timelines.

Willingness to travel within the assigned location for customer meetings and lead generation.

Required Candidate Profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good customer-handling and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.

Willingness to work in field sales and meet customers.

Knowledge of local customers and target markets in Chennai will be an advantage.

Age: 1835 years.

Education: Any qualification / Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply, depending on the role requirement.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Sales or BFSI experience will be an added advantage.

Two-wheeler is preferred for field-sales positions.

Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to work in a customer-facing role.
