Field Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through multiple channels, including direct outreach, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across Mumbai and other locations in Maharashtra to meet clients and develop business relationships.
• Take ownership of sales and business development activities across Maharashtra to drive regional business growth.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates on lead generation and client interactions.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Previous team-handling and sales team management experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship-building and client-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra as required.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Candidates with experience in field sales or B2B sales will be preferred.
