Field Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the field.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions through our products/services.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in field sales management or related role.
• Strong understanding of field marketing, field work, and lead generation principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective communication skills.
