Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: 21,000 per month + 5,000 Petrol Allowance
• Candidates with Relevant Experience: 25,000 per month + 5,000 Petrol Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, and retail paint shops in the assigned territory.
• Promote Berger Paints products and generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Meet monthly sales targets and market coverage goals.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates.
• Ensure proper product visibility and branding at retail outlets.
• Follow up on customer requirements and resolve queries promptly.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with field sales experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
