KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand SME customers’ Full Truck Load (FTL) requirements and recommend the right logistics solutions.

Acquire new customers through field visits, networking, and sales activities.

Generate leads, meet clients, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.

Identify upselling opportunities and grow business from existing customers.

Convert prospects into customers and expand the customer base.

REQUIREMENT

Two-wheeler is compulsory.

Prior field sales experience is preferred.Role & responsibilities
