About the Company
Laxmi Traders Varanasi is engaged in the distribution and sales of Summercool Home Appliances. We are looking for a hardworking, responsible and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network and increase sales in the Varanasi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local electronics shops, dealers and retailers in Varanasi.
- Generate orders for Summercool Home Appliances and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collect outstanding payments from dealers on time and follow up on overdue bills.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain a daily visit report.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase repeat orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
- Share daily sales, order booking and collection reports with management.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a local resident of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
- Candidates currently living in Varanasi will be preferred; applicants from outside Varanasi who are unable to work locally should not apply.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, dealer distribution or home appliances sales preferred.
- Experience in electrical goods, fans, home appliances or consumer durables will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with market visits, order booking and payment collection.
- Honest, disciplined, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own bike for market visits, if required for the role.
