Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a field-based Technical Sales Executive to develop new industrial customers, manage existing accounts and support product performance at customer plants. This is a hands-on B2B role combining business development, plant visits, application discussions, product trials and after-sales service. It is not a retail, counter-sales or desk-only position.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 7 years of field sales experience selling B2B products to factories or manufacturing companies.
• Strong preference for experience in industrial cleaning chemicals, metalworking fluids, cutting oils/coolants, industrial lubricants, rust preventives, corrosion inhibitors, surface treatment chemicals or related specialty chemicals.
• Comfortable speaking with factory purchase personnel as well as production, maintenance and quality teams.
• Practical, customer-oriented approach with willingness to learn cleaning processes and support on-site trials.
• Ability to work independently, plan daily field visits, follow up consistently and maintain CRM records.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi and working English; knowledge of North India region industrial clusters is an advantage.
• Diploma, B.Sc., B.E. or B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical or related fields preferred. Relevant product and factory-sales experience may substitute for a technical qualification.
• Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred. Extensive local field travel is required.
