Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Location: Gurgaon | Greater Noida | South Delhi

Job Responsibilities

Field Sales Profile

• Visit paint shops, dealers, contractors, painters and project sites.
• Generate new business leads and develop strong customer relationships.
• Promote Birla Opus paint products and explain their features and benefits.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with dealers, painters, contractors and customers to understand their requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and share daily field visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in field sales, marketing and business development.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Experience in paint, FMCG or building materials sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: Up to 20,000 per month
• Petrol Allowance: As per company policy
