Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of DocuPro in Bangalore. You will reach out to corporates and RWAs, sign them up for documentation camps, and make sure each camp runs smoothly on the day. This is a people-facing, on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and seeing a deal through from first call to a successful event.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to corporates (HR, admin and facilities teams) and RWAs (committee members, facility managers) across Bangalore.
• Pitch DocuPro's documentation camp offering through calls, visits and in-person meetings.
• Close camp bookings and agree on dates, logistics and expected turnout with the client.
• Generate new business through referrals from existing clients, residents and employees.
• Plan camp logistics with the client: venue, timing, announcements and resident or employee communication.
• Coordinate with DocuPro's operations team and on-ground agents before and during the camp.
• Be present on camp day as DocuPro's representative: welcome attendees, explain services, answer questions and make sure people leave with a great experience.
• Follow up after each camp to collect feedback and identify repeat or referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, visits, leads, meetings and closures.
• Track sales numbers and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
• Keep the client and lead database (CRM or tracker) up to date.

Requirements:

• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (daily travel reimbursed on a per-km basis).
• Fluent in spoken English, Hindi and Kannada.
• Presentable, confident personality, comfortable meeting senior HR managers and RWA committee members.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.
