ROLE OVERVIEW

AirSoft is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its sales team in Gurgaon. The role is suited to a sales professional from building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, electricals, paints or allied industries who can convert relationships with homeowners and design professionals into sustained business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) homeowners, architects, interior designers and other key decision-makers.
• Generate new business through field visits, networking and referrals.
• Present products with confidence and recommend solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline end to end: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation and closure.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 23 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials or allied industries such as sanitaryware, hardware, electricals, paints or interior solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, presentable and proactive, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and regular travel within Gurgaon.
• Target-oriented, with a genuine interest in sales, networking and business growth.
