DigiMint WebTroopz LLP is a Startup India (DPIIT) recognised web development and digital marketing company headquartered in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, with an office in Pune. We help startups and growing businesses with website development, web and app development, Shopify e-commerce, SEO, performance marketing (Meta and Google Ads), social media marketing and marketing automation.

Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru. This is a remote, field-based role. You will work independently in your city, meet startup founders, business owners and decision-makers in person, understand their requirements and close deals for DigiMint's services. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with our delivery team on proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients in your city: startups, SMEs, retailers, real estate firms, clinics, educational institutes, D2C brands and other local businesses
• Generate your own leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, business events, LinkedIn and referrals
• Present DigiMint's services, understand client needs and recommend the right solution: website, app, SEO, paid ads, social media or a combined package
• Prepare quotations with support from the internal team, negotiate and close deals
• Achieve a monthly sales target of Rs. 4,00,000 in closed business across all services
• Collect advance payments and ensure a smooth handover to the project team
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM/tracker
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
• Share market feedback, competitor pricing and new opportunities with management

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of field sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, digital marketing, software, advertising or SaaS
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply
• Strong spoken English and Hindi; the local language of your city is an advantage
• Basic understanding of websites, social media and online advertising
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone, willing to travel within the city
• Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
• Performance incentives on achieving the monthly target, paid in addition to the fixed salary
