Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location: Hadapsar, Fursungi & Pune, Maharashtra

Ltd., is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of LED lighting solutions, including LED bulbs, battens, panel lights, flood lights, street lights, and other innovative lighting products. We are expanding our presence across Pune and are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build a successful career in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit electrical retailers, wholesalers, dealers, and distributors within the assigned territory.

* Promote and generate sales for Janani Innovations LED lighting products.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

* Identify new dealers and business opportunities in the assigned market.

* Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.

* Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

* Assist in order collection and coordinate with distributors for timely deliveries.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and daily visit objectives.

* Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), sales updates, and market feedback to the reporting manager.

* Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image in the market.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate, Diploma, or Final Year students willing to pursue a career in sales.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within Hadapsar, Fursungi, and Pune.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.

* Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).
