Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our sales team. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, partner meetings, travelling, lead generation, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calling, field visits, networking, and references.
• Identify and approach potential partners.
• Understand customer/partner requirements and suggest suitable Backup & Storage solutions.
• Promote products such as QNAP, Veeam & NAKIVO.
• Conduct regular partner visits and product discussions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Backup & Storage will be preferred.
• Knowledge of QNAP, Veeam or NAKIVO will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and travelling.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
