Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

* Generate leads through field visits, local marketing activities, and customer referrals.

* Identify potential retail customers, corporate clients, fleet operators, and business opportunities.

* Promote electric two-wheelers by explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue growth.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Field Marketing & Customer Engagement

* Visit residential areas, commercial establishments, offices, colleges, and local markets to promote EV products.

* Organize product demonstrations, test rides, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business partners.

* Collect customer feedback and share market information with the sales team.

Dealership & Sales Support

* Coordinate with the showroom team to manage customer enquiries and test-ride appointments.

* Maintain daily records of field visits, leads generated, customer follow-ups, and sales conversions.

* Update customer information and lead status in the CRM or designated reporting system.

* Support local promotional events and dealership marketing activities.

* Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer concerns are directed to the appropriate department.

Preferred candidate profile :

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

* 13 years of experience in field sales, automobile sales, FMCG, or direct marketing preferred.

* Knowledge of electric vehicles and the automobile industry is an advantage.

* Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
