About the Role

Hari Balakrishna Automobiles is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Commercial Vehicle Sales team.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, understanding their transportation and business requirements, and driving sales of Eicher commercial vehicles across Light, Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, market mapping and customer outreach.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their commercial vehicle requirements.
• Promote and sell the appropriate Eicher vehicle models based on customer needs and business applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet owners, transporters, businesses and other potential buyers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and generate enquiries.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, enquiries and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle availability, documentation, finance, insurance and delivery processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry through vehicle delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, field sales, B2B sales or related industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
