Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard new merchants.
- Promote PhonePe POS/EDC and other merchant solutions.
- Visit shops/outlets regularly and build merchant relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
- Follow up with leads and complete KYC/documentation.
- Track competition and market activities.
- Handle merchant queries and provide basic support.
- Minimum 12th pass or 10+3 Diploma.
- Experience in B2B/B2C field sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must have a own bike and valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and merchant meetings.
- Knowledge of the local language and market.
- Ready to work on targets and incentives.
