Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team at Kalcon Communication. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting our Internet Leased Line, Fiber Connectivity, and other telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits and client meetings.
• Visit corporate offices, commercial buildings, IT parks, and other potential customers.
• Promote Internet Leased Line, Fiber Internet, and other telecom services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for service delivery.
• Maintain daily reports of client visits, leads, and sales activities

Requirements:

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• 03 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients across Pune.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
