PhonePe Field Sales – Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit local shops and businesses to onboard new merchants.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers/merchants.
- Explain PhonePe products and payment solutions to merchants.
- Sell and install POS/EDC machines where required.
- Complete merchant KYC and onboarding process.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active merchants.
- Visit existing merchants for regular support and service.
- Reactivate inactive merchants and resolve basic issues.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular market visits and competitor information.
