Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through self-sourcing and references.
• Visit sites to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Conduct presentations to showcase products' features and benefits.
• Follow up with customers after meetings to ensure interest conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, leads, and sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in building material sales or related field (cement marketing, steel sales).
• Any graduation degree (B.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills for effective presentation delivery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
