Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Steel Plants / Industrial Valves

Location: Near steel plants or surrounding cities across India
Employment: Full-time, field-based
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with existing connections and a strong network within steel plants, particularly with purchase, maintenance, engineering and project teams, or plant contractors. Candidates with relevant field sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular plant visits and meet relevant decision-makers.
• Use existing industry connections to generate valve enquiries and business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with steel plants, contractors and nearby industrial customers.
• Follow up on vendor registration, brand approvals and tender participation.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations and order closure.
• Coordinate technical and commercial requirements with our office.
• Maintain visit reports and customer follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have existing contacts and networks in steel plants or their contractor ecosystem.
• Must reside near a steel plant or in a nearby city and be available for regular visits.
• Experience in field sales of valves, pipes, fittings, pumps or industrial products preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently arrange customer meetings and generate enquiries.
