Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and target potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our UPVC profile range.
• Understand client specifications and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up diligently to close sales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and promote our products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, specifically with UPVC profiles, PVC products, or related construction materials.
• Strong understanding of the UPVC window and door fabrication process and the needs of fabricators.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
