We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, closing sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets for interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet prospective clients and explain company services.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on inquiries.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Handle negotiations and finalize contracts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (preferably interior/construction).
