Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned area.
• Sell and install PhonePe EDC/POS Machines at eligible merchant outlets.
• Provide basic support to merchants and ensure smooth usage of the POS machine.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track competitor activities and share relevant market information with the team.
• Increase PhonePe POS penetration in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• Graduation is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of B2B or field sales experience is preferred.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
