COMPENSATION

• Salary: 1.80 LPA 2.16 LPA

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business in the assigned territory through merchant acquisition, retailer onboarding, field sales and relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and acquire new merchants, retailers and business partners
  • Conduct regular field visits and generate new business opportunities
  • Promote PaySpin's fintech and digital payment products
  • Drive merchant and retailer onboarding as per company processes
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and retailers
  • Increase active merchants and transaction volumes
  • Follow up with existing merchants to generate repeat business
  • Identify new market opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Resolve merchant-related issues through proper coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with merchants and business partners
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and field activity reports
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, onboarding and business performance
  • Contribute to overall territory revenue and business growth

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 2-4 years of experience in field sales / business development
  
• Experience in Fintech / Digital Payments / BFSI will be preferred
  
• Experience in merchant acquisition and retailer onboarding
  
• Knowledge of AEPS, DMT, mATM, UPI, BBPS, Recharge, CMS, POS or QR Payments will be an advantage
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Good relationship-management and customer-handling skills
  
• Ability to achieve sales and business targets
  
• Good understanding of the local market
  
• Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned territory
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-focused approach
  
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
