Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
• Identify potential customers, understand their business requirements, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Proactively engage with prospects to explore opportunities for TallyPrime adoption.

2. Customized Demos & Value Positioning

• Deliver customized, need-based product demonstrations of TallyPrime.
• Clearly communicate TallyPrimes value proposition by showcasing features that address customer pain points and align with their business goals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business needs.

3. Sales Closure & Implementation Coordination

• Drive the sales process from initial engagement to successful closure.
• Address customer queries, handle objections, and negotiate effectively to convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding.

4. Account Management & Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional product adoption.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and proactive engagement.

5. Campaign Execution & Customer Programs

• Participate in customer engagement campaigns, product upgrade drives, and usage-focused initiatives.
• Support the execution of customer outreach programs to improve product adoption and engagement.
• Represent Tallys values and communicate the benefits of TallyPrime consistently across all customer interactions.
