Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Fenesta sales team.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, meeting customers and influencers in the market, generating leads and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through market visits and references.
• Meet and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and property owners.
• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
• Present Fenesta window and door solutions to prospective customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
• Coordinate with the showroom and installation teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information.
• Develop a strong network within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable with field visits.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Good local market knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience in windows & doors, building materials, interiors, tiles, sanitaryware, furniture or related industries preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
