Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Advisor

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage property sales leads.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.

* Conduct site visits and provide project presentations.

* Build strong relationships with clients and developers.

* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Positive attitude with a strong sales mindset.

* Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.

* Real estate sales experience is preferred but freshers with the right attitude can apply.

* Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to grow in a fast-paced environment.
