Salary: 22,000 - 50,000/month + Performance Incentives
Experience: 1-4 years in B2B / Industrial / Field Sales

Eligibility

• MBA (Marketing) mandatory
• 1–4 years of B2B / Field Sales experience
• Experience in any industry is welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Willingness for extensive travel across Pune, Maharashtra & other project locations
• Self-driven, professional and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
• Visit industrial clients and develop strong relationships
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations and sales closures
• Achieve sales targets and develop new markets
• Supervise & coordinate project application process
