Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

An Airtel XFE stands for an Xstream Fiber Executive (also called a Field Sales Executive), whose main job is to sell Airtel broadband and Wi-Fi connections in assigned local areas .

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Visit homes, apartments, housing societies, shops, and offices to pitch Airtel Xstream Fiber plans.
  
• Customer Education: Explain broadband pricing, internet speeds, data limits, and current offers.
  
• Onboarding & KYC: Collect customer Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and complete application forms for new connections.
  
• App Reporting: Log daily attendance, mark in/out times, and update generated sales leads using the official Airtel mobile app.
  
• Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
  
• Market Feedback: Share local competitor activities and pricing updates with the team leader.
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or a college graduate.
  
• Transport: A valid two-wheeler (bike) driving license and personal bike are mandatory for field travel.
  
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in telecom, banking or FMCG or e-commerce like just dail,amazon,flipkart,messho,justdial, indiamart) can apply.
  
• Skills: Good local area knowledge, basic smartphone usage, and strong communication or negotiation skills.
  

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: Typically 16,500 to 22,500 per month (in-hand/NTH), depending on the location, experience, and employer payroll partner.
  
• Incentives: Performance-based monetary incentives on top of the fixed pay.
