Field Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

This is a 100% Field Sales Role. You will be on the road across Pune every day meeting business owners in person. This is NOT a work-from-home or desk-based job.

• Travel your assigned Pune area and meet business owners, clinics, enterprises and startups face-to-face
• Pitch Edgelink's digital marketing services SEO, social media, paid ads and websites
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, demos and presentations
• Handle objections, negotiate and close deals to hit monthly targets
• Log every visit and lead in CRM and hand closed clients to the onboarding team
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Not suitable for: • Inside Sales Executives • Lead Generation Specialists • Anyone unwilling to do daily fieldwork

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Enjoys meeting new people and selling in person
• Confident communicator in Marathi, Hindi or English
• Self-driven can manage own daily schedule in the field
• Goal-oriented and hungry to grow income through targets
• 03 years in field sales, direct sales, B2B or client-facing role
• Candidates with experience in IndiaMart, JustDial, Sulekha or similar platform sales are strongly preferred
• Freshers with real drive and passion for sales are genuinely welcome
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
