Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Position: FASTag Sales Field Executive
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive FASTag sales and customer acquisition through field visits.
• Identify and onboard new customers, vehicle owners, fleet operators, transporters and commercial vehicle owners.
• Visit transport hubs, parking locations, markets, fleet bases and other potential sales points.
• Explain FASTag features, benefits, pricing and applicable offers to customers.
• Complete customer KYC, documentation and FASTag issuance/onboarding as per process.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the internal operations/support team for activation and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily field visit, sales and customer onboarding reports.

Eligibility:

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 03 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, telecom, banking, fintech or similar sectors.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local transport/fleet market will be an advantage.
