Job Description Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: All Locations Open
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
- Explain insurance products and policies to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
- Regularly update sales and customer information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular customer visits.
