Role & responsibilities

A Broadband Field Sales Executive is an outdoor worker who promotes and sells high-speed internet plans directly to residential and business customers.

• Find new clients through door-to-door visits, local market campaigns, and housing society events.
• Pitch internet plans by explaining speeds, prices, and special offers to people.
• Collect documents like ID and address proofs to complete customer signup forms.
• Meet targets for daily lead generation and monthly new connections.
• Work with technicians to make sure new internet lines are installed on time.
• Update reports on daily activities using a mobile app or company CRM.
