Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements
• Maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling
• Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with

the sales strategy

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Analyse market and territory potential, and track sales performance reports
• Support debt collection efforts as needed

Business Development (Sales):

• Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
• Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
• Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
• Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined

timelines

• Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
• Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
• Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)

Customer Service:

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers
• Maintain strong liaison and communication with clients
• Prepare and submit customer reports promptly
• Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them

effectively

• Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
• Generate quotations through the system as per company guidelines
• Share customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from

RBU/CBU clients

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Any Graduate (Any stream)
• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
