Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, developing B2B relationships, visiting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and selling workshop and garage equipment.

The candidate will primarily target automobile workshops, car service centres, garages, automobile dealers, service stations, distributors, tyre shops, and other businesses that require professional workshop machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers through field visits, references, market research, and lead generation.
• Generate new sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
• Explain product features, applications, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms to customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and product availability.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; technical or automobile-related background will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
• Should be confident in approaching new customers and generating business independently.
