Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets through effective area sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling banking products.
• Conduct regular field work, visiting branches across the region to promote loan sales, insurance sales, telecom services, and other financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-10 years of experience in area sales or regional sales in the field sales role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products such as loans, credit cards, deposit accounts, etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
