Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to engage clients and effectively promote our products and services.
• Travel regularly to promote targeted products and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Operate outside the office to pitch potential clients and maximize sales.
• Participate actively in camp and promotional activities, focusing on campaign activities using physical materials like banners and pamphlets.
• Identify and engage new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
• Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions.
• Aim to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers through direct engagement.
• Perform all necessary fieldwork to achieve sales and engagement targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required for effective client interaction.
• A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are essential for this field-based role.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
