FIELD SALES & MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Field Sales & Market Development Executive to expand our presence across agricultural markets.

We have been in the agricultural machinery trade for 30+ years, with a strong existing customer network and deep knowledge of the market. Approximately 70% of our customers are already connected with us.

The objective of this role is to identify and connect with the remaining untapped market.

The candidate will be required to regularly travel through assigned districts, towns, villages and agricultural markets, identify new dealers, retailers, farmers, institutions and other potential customers, collect their information, geo-tag their locations, understand what products they currently sell or use, study competitors, and build a structured database of potential customers.

This is a field-intensive role and requires someone who enjoys travelling, meeting new people and developing relationships.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate preferred.
• Candidates with a diploma or strong field-sales experience may also be considered.
• Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Mechanical, Automobile or related educational backgrounds would be an advantage.
