About the Role

The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development (Sales):

• Achieve sales targets as per the branchs approved business plan
• Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
• Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
• Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
• Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
• Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
• Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)

Key Result Areas

• Business Development (Sales)
• Upselling Renewals (if assigned)
• Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan Collection DSO
• Customer Service On-Time Invoice Submission

• Proficient in client negotiation
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet goals

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement

• Any Graduate
• Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in direct sales , preferably in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services
• Fresher can also attend.
