Field Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Meet at least 10+ prospective clients daily through field visits and generate qualified leads.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable company products/services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into projects.
• Achieve a monthly target of acquiring 5+ new projects/clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Update daily visit reports, lead status, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to generate leads independently through cold visits, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
• Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and an interest in sales may also apply.
