Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire and onboard new merchants through field visits to expand our customer base.
• Promote and sell PhonePe payment solutions devices to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to increase repeat business.
• Handle merchant activation and reactivation to maximize sales potential.
• Achieve assigned sales and merchant acquisition targets consistently.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.

Job Requirements :

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in banking sales, credit card sales, direct sales, field marketing, field sales, FMCG sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
