Role Description

NoBroker is hiring dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (Seller BDA) to acquire and onboard property owners, generate leads through field visits, explain NoBroker services, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential property owners and customers through field visits and generate leads.
  
• Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
  
• Explain NoBroker products, services, and premium subscription plans.
  
• Verify property details and ensure accurate listings.
  
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
  
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
  
• Update daily sales activities and lead status in the CRM system.
  
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant in field sales candidates can apply.
  
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
  
• Willingness to work in a field sales role.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
